目的 了解中药更年宁心胶囊对更年期大鼠卵巢及子宫组织形态计量的影响。 方法 30只 12月龄SD雌性大鼠随机分为更年组、雌激素组、更年宁心组 ,10只 2 5月龄SD雌性大鼠组为青年组。 3个月后测定血清雌激素水平、称子宫湿重、光镜下对双卵巢及单侧子宫切片进行组织形态学观察 ,IMS细胞自动图像分析系统对卵巢黄体数 (个 )、卵巢最大纵切面面积 (mm2 )、子宫腔上皮厚度 (um)、子宫间质厚度 (um)、子宫横切面面积 (mm2 )进行计量分析。 结果 更年宁心组子宫湿重〔(0 6 4± 0 16 ) g〕大于更年组〔(0 4 9± 0 0 8)g〕 ,卵巢黄体计数〔(16 70± 5 2 7)个〕及纵切面面积〔(18 71± 7 18)mm2 〕均比更年组〔(11 10± 7 4 6 )个、(12 34± 5 2 5 )mm2 〕和雌激素组〔(8 30±6 75 )个与 (9 6 1± 3 5 7)mm2 多 ,而子宫各计量参数与更年组无明显差异 ,均小于雌激素组。 结论 更年宁心胶囊可改善更年期大鼠的卵巢功能 ,有一定的子宫营养作用 ,但对子宫内膜无明显局部刺激作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine Geng Ning Ning Xin Capsule on the morphometric measurement of ovarian and uterine tissues in climacteric rats. Methods Thirty female Sprague-Dawley rats aged 12 months were randomly divided into five groups: elder group, estrogen group, and Gengnianningxin group. Ten SD female rats aged 25 months were young. After 3 months, the serum estrogen level was measured, the wet weight of the uterus was weighed, and the morphological observations were performed on the double ovary and unilateral uterine sections under light microscope. The number of ovary corpus luteum (a) and the largest longitudinal section of the ovary were measured by the IMS automatic image analysis system. Area (mm2), uterine cavity epithelial thickness (um), uterine stromal thickness (um), uterine cross-sectional area (mm2) were used for the quantitative analysis. Results The uterine wet weight of Ningxin Ningxin group ((0.64±0.16) g) was greater than that of the renewal group [(0.49±0.08)g], and the corpora lutea count was (16 70 ± 5 2 7). ] and longitudinal section area ((18 71 ± 7 18) mm 2 ) were higher than those in the older group (11 10 ± 7 4 6), (12 34 ± 5 2 5) mm 2] and estrogen group (8 30 ± There were more than 6 75 ) and (9 6 1 ± 3 5 7) mm2, but there was no significant difference between the uterus’s measurement parameters and the renewal group, which was smaller than that of the estrogen group. Conclusion Geng Ning Ning Xin Capsule can improve the ovarian function of climacteric rats and has a certain role in uterine nutrition, but it has no obvious local stimulating effect on the endometrium.
