业余文艺团体保持健康发展,对促进基层文化建设和社会的和谐进步有着极其重要的意义。文章根据基层业余文艺团队的现状,结合笔者基层文化工作实践,指出其存在的主要问题,从建立业余文艺团队分级分类管理机制、建立财政保障及考核定级制度以及建立培训辅导机制三大方面提出了业余文艺团队创新管理的举措,供参考。 Amateur literary groups to maintain healthy development, to promote the grassroots cultural construction and social harmony and progress has an extremely important significance.
