新生儿脑血流图是根据血流搏动性流动而引起的阻抗变化,经放大记录得到阻抗式容积描记图,从而反映颅内血流动力和血管状况。国外有人曾对新生儿脑血流速度进行过分析,但对新生儿的血流峰值及血流人时间的测定则报道甚少。为此我们于1994年11月起对54例正常新生儿及43例脑疾病的新生儿进行了脑血流图检查。根据新生儿的生理解剖特点,研究其值的正常范围,以期为新生儿的脑血肿及缺血缺氧性脑病等的早期诊断提供更多的依据。现将报告如下。
Neonatal cerebral blood flow diagram is based on changes in blood flow caused by pulsatile flow impedance recording obtained by impedance plethysmography, which reflects the intracranial hemodynamic and vascular status. Some people abroad have had an analysis of cerebral blood flow velocity in newborns, but the peak flow of newborns and blood flow time is reported little. To this end, we conducted cerebral blood flow tests on 54 newborns and 43 newborns with brain diseases since November 1994. According to the physiological anatomy of the newborn to study the normal range of its value in order to provide more evidence for the early diagnosis of neonatal cerebral hematoma and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
