2011年以来,国家为抑制通胀实施了稳健的货币政策,货币政策持续收紧。同时,银监会、人民银行等金融监管机构不断收紧金融监管政策,各种政策共同作用、相互叠加,导致交通建设筹融资遇到了前所未有的困难和挑战,对交通建设发展产生了重要影响。近年来,随着我国资本市场的不断发展和完善,各种金融工具蓬勃发展,为交通建设融资提供了新途径。本文从当前交通建设“融资难”的问题分析入手,探讨如何用好用活国内日益丰富的金融工具品种,拓宽融资渠道,为交通建设信贷困局寻找突破。
Since 2011, the state has implemented a prudent monetary policy to curb inflation and monetary policy has continued to tighten. At the same time, financial regulatory agencies such as China Banking Regulatory Commission and the People’s Bank of China continuously tightened their financial regulatory policies, and all kinds of policies worked together and superimposed on each other. As a result, unprecedented difficulties and challenges have been encountered in financing construction and transportation for transport construction, which has had an important impact on the development of transport construction. In recent years, as China’s capital market continues to develop and improve, various financial instruments have thrived, providing a new way for financing construction of transportation. This article starts with the analysis of the current problem of “financing difficulty” of transportation construction and discusses how to make good use of the variety of financial instruments that are increasingly abundant in the country, broaden the financing channels and find breakthroughs in the credit predicament of traffic construction.
