γ射线诱发的大麦染色体重排有易位、倒位、重复和缺失4种类型,以易位最多。双着丝粒染色体的重排明显多于单着丝粒染色体。末端缺失多于中间缺失。任何两条染色体间均可易位,其中以5—6染色体间易位最多,其次是4—6与5—7染色体易位。某一特定染色体与其余各染色体间的易位是不相等的,它与染色体长度无关。易位是非随机的,各染色体或染色体臂上的断裂次数分布不等,5L 最易断裂。
Gamma ray-induced barley chromosome rearrangements have translocation, inversion, duplication and deletion of four types, with the most translocation. The disaggregation of dicentric chromosomes is significantly more than that of the monocentric chromosomes. End missing more than the middle deletion. Translocations can occur between any two chromosomes, with the highest number of translocations between chromosomes 5-6 followed by the translocations of chromosomes 4-6 and 5-7. The translocations between a particular chromosome and the rest of the chromosomes are not equal and have nothing to do with chromosome length. Translocation is non-random, the distribution of the number of breaks on each chromosome or chromosome arm varies, 5L most easily broken.
