目的探讨支原体肺炎患儿细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的变化情况。方法随机选取60例支原体肺炎的患儿作为实验组,同时选取门诊60例体检的健康儿童作为对照组,检验所有研究对象的IgA,IgG,IgM水平及CD3~+,CD4~+,比较两组儿童细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。结果实验组支原体肺炎患儿IgA,IgG,IgM水平均明显高于对照组健康儿童IgA,IgG,IgM水平,统计学上有意义(P>0.05);实验组支原体肺炎患儿CD3~+,CD4~+水平均明显低于对照组健康儿童CD3~+,CD4~+水平,统计学上有意义(P>0.05)。结论支原体肺炎患儿IgA,IgG,IgM水平明显高于正常儿童,体液免疫异常活化,CD3~+,CD4~+水平明显低于正常儿童,细胞免疫低下,检测支原体肺炎患儿细胞免疫和体液免疫功能对判断疾病严重程度及预后具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Sixty children with mycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly selected as the experimental group and 60 outpatients were selected as the control group. The levels of IgA, IgG and IgM and the levels of CD3 +, CD4 + in all the subjects were compared between the two groups Children’s cellular immunity and humoral immune function. Results The levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia in experimental group were significantly higher than those in healthy children (P> 0.05). The levels of CD3 +, CD4 ~ + Levels were significantly lower than that of healthy children in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in children with mycoplasma pneumonia were significantly higher than those in normal children. The humoral immunity was abnormally activated. The levels of CD3 ~ + and CD4 ~ + in children with mycoplasma pneumonia were significantly lower than those in normal children. Function to determine the severity of the disease and prognosis of great significance.
