目的 通过观察缺铁性聋大鼠畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)幅值和听觉脑干诱发电位(ABR)阈值的变化来探究中药阿胶对其的影响作用。方法 将幼龄Wistar大鼠随机分组饲养,对照组为10只,实验组为30只,对照组以标准饲料饲养,缺铁组以缺铁饲料饲养。6周后实验组成功复制缺铁模型大鼠15只。将该15只大鼠随机分成3组,在原有饲养条件的基础上分别加以阿胶,普通铁剂和不做处理3种方式进行每日灌胃饲养,3周后检测DPOAE及ABR并进行数据比较。结果 阿胶对大鼠DPOAE幅值及ABR阈值的作用效果要好于铁剂(P<0.05),对ABR潜伏期的作用效果两者间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 阿胶通过对DPOAE幅值及ABR阈值的改善,可以从一定程度上恢复缺铁性聋患者的听力。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ejiao on the changes of the amplitude of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) and auditory brainstem response (ABR) threshold in iron deficiency deafness rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 10), experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 10). The control group was fed with standard diet and the group with iron deficiency was fed with iron deficiency diet. Six weeks later, 15 experimental rats were successfully treated with iron deficiency model. The 15 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. The animals were fed with gelatin, normal iron and non-treated respectively on the basis of the original breeding conditions. The rats were fed with gavage daily for 3 weeks. DPOAE and ABR were measured and compared . Results Ejiao effect of rat DPOAE amplitude and ABR threshold was better than that of iron (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ejiao can restore the hearing of patients with iron deficiency deafness to a certain extent by improving DPOAE amplitude and ABR threshold.
