律师法的修订实施,强化了律师的会见权、阅卷权和调查取证权。律师权利扩张对检察机关职务犯罪侦查工作造成一定的冲击,使职务犯罪侦查措施不足等现实问题显得更加突出。在新形势下,应该通过修改有关法律,完善职务犯罪侦查的法律规定,强化和完善职务犯罪侦查措施,切实增强惩治和预防职务犯罪的能力,以完成好惩治职务犯罪这一重大政治任务。
The amendment and implementation of the lawyers law strengthened the right of counsel to meet, scrutinize and investigate and collect evidence. The expansion of lawyer’s rights has caused a certain impact on the investigation of the duty crimes of the procuratorial organs and the actual problems such as the lack of measures for the investigation of the duty crimes have become more prominent. Under the new situation, it is necessary to improve the capacity of punishing and preventing job-related crimes by amending relevant laws, improving the legal provisions for the investigation of job-related crimes, strengthening and improving the investigation of job-related crimes, and effectively completing the important political task of punishing job-related crimes.
