为研究参类保健食品中人参皂甙含量与小鼠免疫功能的关系 ,对 2 4个参类保健食品按照《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》进行了迟发型变态反应、脾溶血空斑实验、碳粒廓清实验。结果表明 :2 4个参类产品中出现免疫效应实验的敏感顺序为迟发型变态反应 (70 8% )、小鼠脾细胞溶血空斑实验 (5 0 0 % )、碳粒廓清实验 (33 3% ) ;三项实验中 ,至少一项阳性的产品占 95 8% ,至少两项阳性的产品占 5 0 0 % ;人参皂甙量每日少于 10mg 6 0kgBW的 ,小鼠脾细胞溶血空斑数实验很少出现免疫调节效应 ;每日人参皂甙量为 2 0mg 6 0kgBW以上的产品 ,其迟发型变态反应效应明显增加 ;不同剂量的人参皂甙对正常小鼠碳粒廓清功能的影响不明显 ;人参皂甙量为每日 2 0mg 6 0kgBW以上的参类产品 ,5 7 1% (8 14)免疫调节功能增加 ;但值得注意的是 4 1 7% (10 2 4 )的参类产品中人参皂甙量少于每日 2 0mg 6 0kgBW。按现行的评判标准 ,这 2 4种参类产品 ,仅有5 0 0 %符合卫生部保健食品免疫调节功能的要求 ;如果有一项实验阳性即判定为产品具有免疫增强或免疫调节作用 ,则与文献报道的参类产品都具有免疫调节功能相一致
