目的:研究L-精氨酸诱导大鼠急性胰腺炎胰腺细胞骨架F-actin与再生因子RegI的水平变化情况及相关性.方法:将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、对照组、模型组,通过腹腔注射L-精氨酸诱导急性胰腺炎模型后将两组分别选取12h、24h、48h、72h时间点观察胰腺大体病理变化,通过western blot检测各组F-actin与RegI的含量.结果:western-blotting检测模型组F-actin相对表达量与空白组、对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),模型组RegI相对表达量较空白组、对照组明显升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:腹腔注射L-精氨酸诱导的急性胰腺炎胰腺细胞骨架F-actin与再生因子RegI可能呈负相关.“,”Objective: To investigate the changes and correlation of cytoskeleton F-actin and regenerative factor RegI in pancreas tissue of rats with acute pancreatitis induced by L-arginine.Methods: SD rats (n=45)were randomly divided into blank group, control group and model group.Acute pancreatitis was induced by intraperitoneal injection of L-arginine, then the rats were sacrificed at 12h, 24h, 48h and 72h.The levels of F-actin and RegI were detected by western blot.Results: The relative expression of F-actin in model group was significantly lower than those in blank group and control group (P<0.05), and the relative expression of RegI in model group was significantly higher than those in blank group and control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Cytoskeleton F-actin may be negatively correlated with RegI in acute pancreatitis induced by intraperitoneal injection of L-arginine.
