随着我国社会不断的进步,生活水平地不断提高,人们的生活节奏也越来越快,但是,现代的生活方式却使全民健康受到严重的威胁。很多人面对着巨大的工作压力和生活压力,不良的生活习惯和沉重的精神包袱致使这些人根本没有时间进行体育锻炼,身体呈“亚健康”状态。本文针对现代社会对全民健康的影响进行讨论,并以张浦镇开展全民健身月系列活动为切入点,根据当地人实际生活方式为例,找出改善人们身体健康的途径。
With the continuous progress of our country’s society and the continuous improvement of living standards, the pace of life of people is also getting faster and faster. However, modern lifestyles have caused serious threats to the health of the people. Many people face enormous work pressure and stress, poor living habits and heavy spiritual burdens that cause these people to have no time for physical exercise and have a “sub-healthy” state. This article discusses the impact of modern society on people’s health and takes Zhangpu Town as a starting point for launching the National Fitness Monthly campaign. Based on the actual lifestyle of the local people as an example, we will find ways to improve people’s health.
