2010年12月16日,欧盟发布官方公告,正式终止对我国草甘膦实施反倾销措施。欧盟方称,2009年9月29日,应拥有欧盟草甘膦产量70%的欧盟草甘膦协会申请,欧盟委员会对自中国进口的草甘膦启动复审调查。2010年9月21日,申诉方致函欧盟委员会,正式提出撤回调查申请。经审查,欧盟委员会认为申诉方撤诉不会损害欧盟利益,决定终止该项复审调查,同时废止目前生效的反倾销措
December 16, 2010, the EU issued an official announcement, the official termination of the implementation of China’s anti-dumping glyphosate measures. EU side said September 29, 2009, should have the European Union glyphosate production 70% of the EU Association of glyphosate application, the European Commission on the glyphosate imported from China to initiate a review. On September 21, 2010, the claimant sent a letter to the European Commission formally requesting the withdrawal of the application for investigation. After review, the European Commission believes that the claimant withdrawal will not harm the EU interests, decided to terminate the review of the investigation, abolishing the anti-dumping measures currently in force
