生产中往往遇到齿条的淬火,而实践告诉我们,每种齿条经淬火后都会产生不同规律的变形。例如图1所示齿条,材料为T10A,要求硬度≥HRC55,变形≤0.25毫米。该齿条淬入160~180℃的硝盐后变形规律是齿槽面凸出,而淬水后的变形规律与上述相反,即齿槽面凹入。我们利用两种不同介质冷却后的变形规律,加以综合,使变形减小,达到大部不要校直的目的。具体操作方法如下:
Production often encountered rack quenching, and practice tells us that each rack after quenching will have different laws of deformation. For example, as shown in Figure 1 rack, the material is T10A, hardness ≥ HRC55, deformation ≤ 0.25 mm. The gear is quenched into the nitrate salt of 160 ~ 180 ℃ after deformation of the alveolar surface protruding, while the deformation after quenching the contrary, the alveolar surface concave. We use the deformation of two different media cooling law, to be integrated, so that deformation is reduced, to achieve the purpose of most straightening. Specific methods of operation are as follows:
