很喜欢与学生分享一段寓意深远的“讲古”。话说有一群惯用右手的人,突然发现左手日益萎缩,大惊之下,跑去向复健师求救。复健师告诉他们从现在起要多用左手。可是哪些事可以改用左手来做呢?写字吗?太困难!吃饭吗?不方便,一阵集思广益之后,大家决定采用复健师的建议,先改用左手来梳头。复健师先做示范,大家也热心地学,在大家都认为已经学会的气氛中,课程结束,各自回家。这种场景你熟不熟悉呢?这样的学习热不热闹呢?也许一般人都会认为这是一次成功的学习。但是,你不妨猜猜看这群所谓成功的学习者,第二天早上起床,冲进浴室刷牙洗脸完毕,是用哪一只手梳头。你猜有多少人用左手,又有多少人用右手?如果大多数人仍用右手梳头,那代表什么意思?这是否提醒我们,对学习该有一些更深的认知?
