肿瘤恶病质是晚期恶性肿瘤患者常见的一种临床综合征,其原因和发生机制十分复杂,多种细胞因子在恶病质的发生发展中起重要作用。本综述介绍了关于肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、细胞程序性死亡的弱诱导因子(TWEAK)、筒箭毒碱等细胞因子及某些转录因子在肿瘤恶病质模型中作用机制的一些新发现。主要目的是归纳总结肿瘤恶病质发生时的不同分子机制及分解介质的活动情况。这在未来必然会是大有希望的临床研究方向。
Cancer cachexia is a common clinical syndrome in patients with advanced malignancies, the reason and mechanism is very complex, a variety of cytokines play an important role in the occurrence and development of cachexia. This review describes cytokines and some transcriptional events related to tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), apoptosis-inducing factor (TWEAK) Some new discoveries of the mechanism of action of factors in tumor cachexia model. The main purpose is to summarize the different molecular mechanisms and the activity of decomposing media during the occurrence of tumor cachexia. This is bound to be promising clinical research in the future.
