由城市热水管网或区域锅炉房集中供热的热力网,在每个车间或每所住宅的入口处,一般都设有连接热用户和热力网的入口装置。为预防热网水中的杂质进入用户,堵塞散热器和供热支管,在热力入口的供水管道上装设除污器。除污器的筒体直径比热网管径大3-3.5倍,热网水进入除污器时流速降低,因质量不同而分离出微粒杂质;同时在除污器内的出口管上设置滤网以阻止这些微粒被水带出。但是当水中的杂质较多时,滤网的通流孔很快堵死而影响供热。因此必须定期清洗滤网上的脏物而使供热中断。
The heating network that centrally supplies heat from the urban hot water pipe network or the regional boiler room generally has entrance devices connecting the hot users and the heating network at the entrance of each workshop or house. In order to prevent impurities in the hot water from entering the user, the radiator and the heating branch pipe are blocked, and a decontamination device is installed on the water supply pipe at the heat inlet. The diameter of the decontamination cylinder is 3-3.5 times larger than the diameter of the hot-mesh pipe, and the flow rate of the hot-mesh water entering the decontamination device decreases. The particulate impurities are separated due to different quality; at the same time, the filter is installed on the outlet pipe in the decontamination device. The net prevents these particles from being carried out by the water. However, when the impurities in the water are large, the through-holes of the filter are quickly blocked and affect the heating. Therefore, the dirt on the filter must be cleaned regularly to interrupt the heating.
