现阶段,随着社会经济科技的高速发展,信息技术也在不断推进并得到普遍应用,当前我们已经全面迎来信息化时代,影响着我们生活中的方方面面,大大方便了我们的日常生活和办公效率,尤其对诸多企业、事业单位以及人力资源管理带来巨大影响。信息化的普及应用对人力资源管理体系造成强烈冲击,传统的人力资源管理体系正逐步退出历史舞台,取而代之的是新型科学的人力资源管理模式。本文通过人力资源管理模式在信息技术冲击下的变化过程中,对于当前人力资源经济师职业的影响,以及对人力资源经济师职业引发的思考。
At this stage, with the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, information technology is constantly being promoted and universally applied. At present, we have fully ushered in the information age and affected all aspects of our lives, greatly facilitating our daily life and work. Efficiency, especially for many enterprises, institutions and human resource management has a huge impact. The popularization and application of informatization have exerted a strong impact on the human resources management system. The traditional human resources management system is gradually withdrawing from the stage of history and is replaced by a new scientific human resource management mode. This article through the human resource management mode in the impact of information technology changes in the process, the current employment of human resources economists, as well as the occupation of human resources economists triggered thinking.
