利用CO_2连续激光器,对耐热铸铁表面进行了Ni基WC、Ni基WC中加入少量稀土元素CeO_2等合金粉末的激光熔敷,研究了不同成分激光熔敷层的高温硬度、高温干磨擦磨损性能,对摩擦磨损后的表面形貌进行了分析研究。试验结果表明Ni21+20%WC+0.5%CeO_2熔覆层的高温性能较好。
The surface of heat-resistant cast iron was treated with CO 2 continuous laser, and Ni-based WC was added into the surface of the heat-resistant cast iron. A small amount of rare earth element such as CeO 2 was added into the Ni-based WC by laser cladding. The effects of high temperature hardness, The surface morphology after friction and wear was analyzed. The experimental results show that the high temperature performance of Ni21 + 20% WC + 0.5% CeO 2 cladding layer is better.
