半连续铸造法生产铸锭的质量取决于铸造过程中的工艺参数,其中包括铸锭内液相熔体的运动和结晶器内金属液面的高度及其稳定性。苏联的工厂在铸造铝及铝合金圆锭时,为了使金属液面稳定,广泛采用浮标式分配控制器。这种控制器是采用不润湿铝的绝热材料压制而成的(图1A)。
The quality of the ingot produced by semi-continuous casting depends on the process parameters in the casting process, including the movement of the liquid-phase melt in the ingot and the height of the liquid level of the metal in the mold and its stability. The Soviet Union’s factory widely used buoyancy-type dispensers in order to stabilize molten metal when casting aluminum and aluminum ingots. The controller is made of non-wetting aluminum insulation material (Figure 1A).
