高等职业教育是以就业为导向的高层次职业准备教育,旨在培养生产、建设、管理和服务一线需要的具有较高职业素质的专门技术人才。职业素质包含职业技能和职业精神两大层面。因此,作为高职院校,我们不仅要注重对学生职业技能的培养和训练,同时还要加强对学生职业精神培养和塑造。尤其当下,我国处于经济转型升级的关键时期,为早日实现从“制造大国”向“制造强国”华丽蜕变,高职院校甚至要把对学生职业精神的培养和塑造放在更加重要和突出的位置。
