为了风洞试验天平在高马赫数试验中免受冲击载荷所产生的破坏,设计了一套全新的试验天平保护装置,该套装置安装与模型支杆内部,而不是安装于风洞上。采用改变受力形式的原理,将模型冲击载荷由单支点支撑改为双支点支撑。在保护装置设计中,采用传统丝杠传动与新式压电陶瓷驱动器相结合的方式,实现了轴向与法向两个方向的运动。新设计的机构具有尺寸小,承载能力大,定位精度高、成本低的特点。该套装置能够降低天平感受到的模型冲击载荷,减少天平所受应力,使天平免受破坏。
In order to protect the wind tunnel test balance from damage caused by impact load in high Mach number test, a new test balance protection device was designed, which was installed inside the model strut instead of the wind tunnel. Using the principle of changing the form of force, the impact load of the model was changed from single support to double support. In the protection device design, the traditional screw drive and the new piezoelectric ceramic drive combination of ways to achieve the axial and normal direction of the two movements. The newly designed mechanism has the characteristics of small size, large carrying capacity, high positioning accuracy and low cost. The device can reduce the impact of the model feel the balance of the load, reduce the stress on the balance, the balance from damage.
