目的:观察中药健脾消导散穴位敷贴治疗小儿积滞病的临床疗效。方法:将200例小儿积滞病患儿随机分为两组,对照组给予口服胃蛋白酶、健脾消食药物。观察组中药健脾消导散敷贴于神阙、天枢、中脘、肾俞穴位上,每日1次,5天1个疗程。结果:经治疗后,观察组100例,治愈80例,显效12例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率98%。对照组100例,治愈36例,显效20例,有效20例,无效24例,总有效率76%。两组在治愈、显效、有效、总有效率上均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结果:健脾消导散穴位敷贴治疗小儿积滞病作用迅速,疗效高,经济安全,方法简便,免除患儿打针服药之苦,值得推广。
