目的检测原发性肝癌组织及癌周组织IL-18BPa/IL-18BPc的表达,初步探讨IL-18BPa/IL-18BPc在原发性肝癌中的分布及异同点。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法(SP法)分别检测肝癌患者癌组织、癌周组织各34例(均为男性)、肝囊肿患者的正常肝脏组织5例中IL-18BPa/IL-18BPc的表达。结果 IL-18BPa亚型在肝癌的癌周组织、癌组织阳性表达率分别为94.11%和34.7%,而正常肝组织几乎不表达。癌周组织与其他两组间的差异有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01);而IL-18BPc亚型在肝癌的癌周组织、癌组织阳性表达率分别为38.24%和85.29%,同样在正常肝组织几乎不表达。肝癌组织与其他两组间的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 IL-18BPa亚型在肝癌的癌周组织中高表达可能与促进肿瘤局部新生血管的形成有关,而肝癌组织中IL-18BPc亚型高表达在原发性肝癌的发生和发展过程中起着重要作用,提示不同亚型的IL-18BP的功能不完全一致。
Objective To detect the expression of IL-18BPa / IL-18BPc in primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and peritumor tissues and to investigate the distribution and similarities and differences of IL-18BPa / IL-18BPc in primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining (SP method) was used to detect the expression of IL-18BPa / IL-18BPc in 34 cases (all men) of cancerous tissues and peri-cancerous tissues in liver cancer patients and 5 cases of normal liver tissues in patients with hepatic cysts. Results The positive rates of IL-18BPa subtype in the peritumoral and cancerous tissues of hepatocellular carcinoma were 94.11% and 34.7%, respectively, while those in normal liver tissue were almost not expressed. The difference between the peritumoral tissues and the other two groups was statistically significant (all P <0.01). The positive expression rates of IL-18BPc in the peritumoral tissues and cancerous tissues were 38.24% and 85.29% Normal liver tissue is almost not expressed. There was significant difference between HCC and other two groups (all P <0.01). Conclusion The high expression of IL-18BPa subtype in the peritumoral tissues of hepatocellular carcinoma may be related to the promotion of local neovascularization. The high expression of IL-18BPc isoform plays an important role in the occurrence and development of primary hepatocellular carcinoma Role, suggesting that different subtypes of IL-18BP function is not exactly the same.
