研究恒磁场对正常豚鼠体外血栓,全血粘度,压积,血沉和血栓弹力图的影响。选用两种不同强度(1000G,600G)的恒磁场及5种不同的持续作用时间(6,12,24,48,144h)进行加磁处理,实验结果表明恒磁场在一定条件下具有显著的缓解体外血栓形成,降低血液的高凝血状态,降低低切变率下全血粘度的作用;而对红细胞压积的影响则无统计学意义,对血沉也没有发现规律性影响。本结果为恒磁场在防治血栓症、糖尿病、冠心病、高粘滞综合症、血液的高凝状态,提供了一定的动物实验依据
To study the effect of constant magnetic field on in vitro thrombus, whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and thrombus elasticity map in normal guinea pigs. Two kinds of constant magnetic field with different intensity (1000G, 600G) and five different durations (6,12,24,48,144h) were selected for magnetization treatment. The experimental results show that the constant magnetic field has significant relaxation under certain conditions In vitro thrombosis, reducing the blood coagulation state, reducing the role of whole blood viscosity at low shear rate; and the impact of hematocrit was not statistically significant, nor found the regular effect of erythrocyte sedimentation rate. The results for the prevention and treatment of thrombosis, diabetes, coronary heart disease, hyperviscosity syndrome, hypercoagulability of the blood state, provides a certain experimental animal basis
