临床上因疾病需要进行MRI等相关检查时，小儿因年龄、自制力差等特点不能配合。水合氯醛是一种具有刺鼻的辛辣气味，味微苦的无色透明结晶固体，具有催眠作用强的效果，可以用于治疗失眠和入睡困难者。在麻醉前、手术前、CT及磁共振检查和睡眠脑电图检查前用水合氯醛，可起到镇静和解除焦虑的作用，使相应的处理过程比较安全和平稳。因此，在临床上广泛应用水合氯醛对小儿患者进行保留灌肠以起催眠作用，达到检查目的。但有少数患儿不能达到催眠效果，影响了疾病的诊断及治疗。,Due to the need to carry out MRI and other related examinations,the children’s age,self-control and other characteristics can not match.
