为了为肩胛肌背阔肌皮瓣联合移植提供微血管资料，用新鲜成人尸体标本，将肩胛、背阔肌皮瓣交界处分８个区，分别切取组织块做连续切片。应用ＬＵＺＥＸ－Ｆ图像分析仪观察皮瓣微血管构筑的形态特点，测量各层血管间的网眼密度和网眼面积。结果皮瓣交界区微血管丰富。
