一、概述机车运行途中比较突出的故障或者说机车诸多故障的综合反映是功率低或无功率。本文仅就功率低故障谈点看法。济南西机务段自1984年10月陆续配属95台ND_5机车,至1987年11月机车运用三年来,仅功率低故障有统计的就发生64次之多。造成机破24次,占电器机破的30%,临修53次,占电器临修的16%。给运输安全带来一定威胁,给运输生产造成较大经济损失。功率低故障可分为保护性故障和非保护性故障两种。所谓保护性故障,即“减少励磁”故障。这主要是考虑对于机车在运行途
