在先前的工作中,我们已经研究了微电极阵列的若干电化学特性和葡萄糖传感器的分析特性。在此基础上,我们将它应用于临床分析,获得成功。首先,我们考察了血清中共存组分,Na~+、Cl~-、Ca~(2+)、尿素氮、尿酸、肌酐对血糖测定的影响。实验结果列于表1。结果表明,血清中共存组分均不干扰血糖的测定。
In previous work, we have investigated several electrochemical properties of microelectrode arrays and the analytical properties of glucose sensors. On this basis, we apply it to clinical analysis, to be successful. First of all, we examined the effects of coexisting components, Na ~ +, Cl ~ -, Ca ~ (2+), urea nitrogen, uric acid and creatinine in blood serum. The experimental results are shown in Table 1. The results show that the coexistence of serum components do not interfere with the determination of blood glucose.
