对抗高血压药治疗无效的重度和恶性高血压患者,曾推荐用肾切除术继以间歇透析和肾脏移植来治疗,但大多数病人在术后都有不舒适、影响工作和经济等问题。本文报道用Minoxidil来代替肾切除疗法的利弊。方法:11例经过各种现有药物综合治疗,舒张压仍然超过110毫米汞柱的患者(1例患者住院时平均舒张压小于110毫米汞柱,但门诊透析治疗的几个月中,舒张压持续在120~140毫米汞柱),其中8例有晚期肾脏疾病。Minoxidil的开始剂量为口服2.5毫克,每6小时1次,每2~3日增加剂量,直至 Patients with severe and malignant hypertension who are refractory to treatment with hypertension have been recommended for nephrectomy followed by intermittent dialysis and kidney transplantation, but most are uncomfortable after surgery affecting work and economics.
