晚期癌症病人经过长期放疗、化疗,且因多脏器侵犯、慢性消耗,易患口腔炎。此状态下又极易合并霉菌感染,给病人造成极大痛苦。我科自1996年1月至11月共收治晚期癌症病人105例,合并口腔炎者25例,其中单纯性口腔炎12例,霉菌性口腔炎13例。对此105例患者行我科设计的规范化口腔护理,及根据口腔炎病情给以相应的治疗,使口腔炎发病率由46％下降到23.8％,且治愈率达100％。
Patients with advanced cancer undergo long-term radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and are prone to suffer from stomatitis due to multiple organ violations and chronic consumption. This state is also very easy to incorporate mold infections, causing great pain to the patient. In our department, 105 cases of advanced cancer patients and 25 cases of combined stomatitis were treated from January to November 1996, including 12 cases of simple stomatitis and 13 cases of fungal stomatitis. 105 patients were treated with standardized oral care designed by our department, and according to the condition of stomatitis, the incidence of stomatitis decreased from 46% to 23.8%, and the cure rate was 100%.
