在对组织价值观涵义辨析的基础上,对组织价值观测量进行了综述。组织价值观是指组织在探索解决外部适应和内部统合问题时逐渐形成、组织成员广泛共享的观念系统,它为组织及成员的正当行为提供充分的理由。组织价值观问卷主要包括Hofstede等的组织文化问卷、Quinn等的组织文化评价量表、Denison等的文化特质理论模型、O’Reilly等的组织文化剖面图和郑伯壎的组织文化价值观量表。
Based on the analysis of the connotation of organizational values, the measurement of organizational values is reviewed. Organizational values refer to the system of ideas that an organization gradually forms when it explores and solves the problems of external adaptation and internal integration and provides ample reasons for the proper behavior of the organization and its members. Organizational values questionnaire including Hofstede and other organizational culture questionnaire, Quinn and other organizational culture rating scale, Denison and other cultural characteristics of the theoretical model, O’Reilly and other organizational culture cross-section diagram and Zheng Bohuan organizational culture values scale.
