采用电泳法在致密金属表面合成了A型分子筛膜;采用XRD和SEM方法表征了膜的性质;研究了电位大小对合成A型分子筛膜的影响,提出了在电场中分子筛膜的生长机理.结果表明,在电场力的作用下,反应液中带负电的分子筛粒子均匀、快速地迁移到阳极金属表面形成分子筛膜,因而可以快速地在致密金属表面合成均匀、致密的分子筛膜.电位大小对分子筛膜合成有重要影响,当外加电压为1V时,致密金属表面可以合成非常均匀、致密的A型分子筛膜.
A type zeolite membrane was synthesized on the surface of dense metal by electrophoresis. The properties of the membrane were characterized by XRD and SEM. The effect of potential on the synthesis of zeolite A membrane was studied. The growth mechanism of molecular sieve membrane in electric field was proposed. It is shown that under the action of electric field force, the negatively charged molecular sieve particles in the reaction solution migrate uniformly and rapidly to the anode metal surface to form the molecular sieve membrane, thus the uniform and dense molecular sieve membrane can be rapidly synthesized on the dense metal surface. Membrane synthesis has an important impact, when the applied voltage is 1V, the dense metal surface can be synthesized very uniform, dense A-type zeolite membrane.
