焊条药皮的熔化特性对低氢型全位置立向下焊条的工艺性能有重要影响。采用高温物理性能测试仪定量地研究了焊条药皮的熔化特性和工艺性能的关系。结果显示,当焊条药皮熔化温度和熔化温度区间不合适时,焊缝成型差,焊接过程不稳定,不适应立向下焊接;当焊条药皮熔化温度和熔化温度区间适中时,焊缝成型良好,焊接过程稳定,立向下性能优良。
Melting properties of the electrode coating of low hydrogen all-position up and down the electrode has a significant impact on process performance. The relationship between the melting characteristics and process performance of electrode coating was studied quantitatively by using high temperature physical property tester. The results show that the welding seam is poorly formed and the welding process is unstable and unsuitable for vertical welding when the melting temperature and melting temperature range of the electrode coating are not suitable. When the melting temperature and the melting temperature range of the electrode coating are moderate, the welding seam is formed Good, the welding process is stable, vertical performance is excellent.
