目的研究复方替硝唑载体栓对厌氧菌、真菌及细菌体外抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂稀释法测定复方替硝载体栓对厌氧菌、真菌、细菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),并与妇康载体栓、甲硝唑、替硝唑、克霉唑、醋酸氯已定进行对照。结果复方替硝唑载体栓对脆弱拟杆菌、具核梭杆菌、厌氧消化链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、淋球菌、白色念珠菌MIC值分别为0.0 625,0.5,0.125,16,128,64,8,16μg/mL。对于标准菌株脆弱拟杆菌、具核梭杆菌、厌氧消化链球菌,复方替硝唑载体栓MIC明显低于妇康载体栓。结论复方替硝唑载体对妇科炎症具有广谱、高效杀菌特点。
Objective To study the antibacterial activity of compound tinidazole carrier suppository to anaerobic bacteria, fungi and bacteria in vitro. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of compound suppository for anaerobic bacteria, fungi and bacteria was determined by agar dilution method. The MICs of the compound suppository were tested with Fukang carrier suppository, metronidazole, tinidazole, clotrimazole, Set for comparison. Results The compound tinidazole carrier suppository to Bacteroides fragilis, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Anaerobic digestion Streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Candida albicans MIC values were 0.0 0.55, 0.125, 16,128, 64,8, 16 μg / mL. For the standard strains of Bacteroides fragilis, Fusobacterium nucleatum, anaerobic digestive streptococcus, compound tinidazole carrier plug MIC was significantly lower than that of Fukang carrier plug. Conclusion The compound tinidazole carrier has a broad-spectrum and highly effective sterilization of gynecological inflammation.
