目的通过现况调查,全面了解达标门诊基本特点和存在问题,为门诊后续升级改造工作提供数据支持。方法采用普查方式,对北京市全部123家免疫预防达标门诊进行统一问卷调查,着重分析比较不同门诊在经费来源、房屋人员、工作量等方面的差别。结果根据隶属关系将北京市达标门诊分为5类。村级门诊经费缺乏(主要源于村委会拨款),房屋面积小(平均面积低于65 m2),工作人员少(专职人员不足1人),设置重复(60%门诊同地段内有其他接种门诊);部队门诊管理封闭,服务频次低(每周平均开诊时间不足7 h),信息报送不及时;接种服务站、行业门诊、院校门诊隶属关系不同,管理相对困难,受到各自行业的制约。结论应根据门诊不同特点,采取有针对性的措施,理顺隶属关系,减少重复建设,加快取消达标门诊步伐,提高门诊服务质量和效率。
Objective To investigate the basic characteristics and existing problems of standard outpatient clinics through the investigation of current situation and provide data support for the follow-up upgrading and remodeling of outpatients. Methods By means of census, all the 123 immunological prevention standard outpatient clinics in Beijing were surveyed by questionnaire, focusing on the analysis of the differences in funding sources, housing staff, workload and other aspects of different clinics. Results According to the affiliation, Beijing standard outpatients were divided into 5 categories. There is a lack of funding for village clinics (mainly due to funding from village committees), small housing area (less than 65 m2 on average), fewer staff (fewer than 1 full-time staff), duplicate settings (60% Outpatient clinics); the outpatient department of the army is closed and the service frequency is low (the average weekly consultation time is less than 7 hours); the information is not submitted in time; the service stations, industrial clinics and outpatient clinics have different affiliation, management is relatively difficult, The constraints. Conclusions According to different characteristics of outpatient service, we should take pertinent measures to straighten out the affiliation, reduce redundant construction, speed up the pace of canceling the standard outpatient service and improve the quality and efficiency of outpatient service.
