研究了不同下拉速率对超冶金级硅中铁杂质的去除效果。结果表明,在较低的下拉速率下,对铁的去除效果最好,底部去除率高达99.45%。其原因主要在于杂质铁在凝固过程中的分凝效应及不同凝固速率。
The effect of different pull rates on the removal of iron impurities in the ultra-metallurgical silicon was investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of iron was the best at lower pulldown rate, and the bottom removal rate was as high as 99.45%. The main reason is the segregation effect of iron in the solidification process and different solidification rates.
