【目的】 修订家庭场合问卷 (HSQ) ,建立中国城市常模并进行信度和效度检验。 【方法】 在全国城市中小学采集学生 16 77例 ,其中男 848,女 82 9,年龄 6~ 17岁 ,平均 ( 11.31± 2 .5 3)岁 ,由家长填写HSQ量表。 【结果】 年幼学生较年长学生得分高 ,男生较女生得分高。信度 :重测信度、分半信度、Cronbach的α系数及项目与总分的一致性良好。效度 :多动症组项目分及总分均高于常模组 ;与Conners父母症状问卷及家庭场合问卷有较好的平行效度。以ICD 10多动性障碍诊断标准作效标 ,HSQ对多动症组的诊断灵敏度为 86 % ,诊断一致性为 0 ..6 9。 【结论】 HSQ常模具有代表性 ,信度和效度符合统计学要求 ,对行为问题发生的场合有一定的辅助诊断价值。
【Objective】 To modify the questionnaire on family environment (HSQ), establish the norm of urban China and test its reliability and validity. [Methods] A total of 1677 students were collected from urban primary and secondary schools in China, including 848 males and 829 females aged 6-17 years (mean, 11.31 ± 2.53 years). Parents completed the HSQ scale. 【Results】 Young students scored higher than older students and boys scored higher than girls. Reliability: retest reliability, semi-confidence, Cronbach α coefficient and the project and the total score of good consistency. Validity: The items and total scores of ADHD group were higher than those of the normal model group. There was a good parallel validity with the Conners Parents Questionnaire and Family Questionnaire. According to the diagnosis standard of ADHD, the diagnostic sensitivity of HSQ to ADHD group was 86% and the diagnostic consistency was 0.69. 【Conclusion】 The common modalities of HSQ are representative, the reliability and validity are in line with the statistical requirements, and there is some auxiliary diagnostic value for the occasions where behavior problems occur.
