国务院总理温家宝2007年6月9日我国第二个“文化遗产日”观看非物质文化遗产专题展结束时,对文化部门的同志们说:“非物质文化遗产都是几百年、几千年传下来的,为什么能传下来,千古不绝?就在于有灵魂,有精神。一脉文心传万代,千户不绝是真魂。文脉就是一个民族的魂脉。今天,保护非物质文化遗产,就是传承民族文化的文脉。
