霍尔效应在测磁技术中得到很大应用,試制成功了高斯計等测磁装置。本文介紹日本生产的GM—100型、GM—200型和GM—300型高斯計的結构和方框图以及GM—300型高斯計的原理线路、技术规格和其特点。GM—300型为直讀式高斯計,量限广,探針选用砷化銦霍尔发生器,其温度誤差极小。高斯計内备有水银电池(GM—U4)专做霍尔发生器激励电源,放大器的输入与输出端均接有振动变换器并采用負反饋线路,在輸出端上与指示仪表并联一反向电压,以消除各种因素产生的杂音电压,仪器的测量误差在±2%以下。
