目的:研究西瓜藤乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶色谱、聚酰胺色谱、薄层色谱法、葡聚糖凝胶色谱法分离纯化,根据理化性质和核磁共振结构数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从西瓜藤乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中共分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:十五烷酸(1)、十五烷酸单甘油酯(2)、十九烷酸-1-甘油酯(3)、二十四烷酸-α-单甘油酯(4)、2-[2’-羟基(2’R,13Z)十六酰胺]-3-羟基-(2S,3R,4Z)-十八碳烯-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、2-羟基苯甲酸(6)、对羟基苯甲酸(7)、对羟基苯酚(8)、琥珀酸(9)、香草酸(10)。结论:化合物1~10均为首次从西瓜藤中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of ethyl acetate in water melon vine. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel chromatography, polyamide chromatography, TLC and Sephadex G-Sepharose chromatography. Their structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and NMR structural data. Results: A total of 10 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts of ethanol extracts of water melon, identified as pentadecanoic acid (1), pentadecanoic acid monoglyceride (2), nonadecanoic acid-1 (4), 2- [2’-hydroxy (2’R, 13Z) hexadecanamide] -3-hydroxy- (2S, 3R, 4Z) -octadecene-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), 2-hydroxybenzoic acid (6), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (9), vanillic acid (10). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 10 were isolated from watermelon cane for the first time.
