以大椒品种“国禧109”为试材,在温室盆栽条件下,研究丛枝菌根真菌G.mosseae和G.intraradices 2个菌种的各5个菌株对辣椒疫霉病害的防治效应。结果表明:接种丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhizal,AM)真菌的多数菌种能够抑制大椒苗疫霉病的发生,对疫霉病的相对防治效果为37.0%~75.0%。不同菌种或菌株之间的防治效果也有很大的差异,G.mosseae菌种的防治效果要强于G.intraradices菌种,其中GM5菌株防治效果达到了75.0%,G.intraradices菌种仅有1个菌株GI7的防治效果达到了50.0%。G.mosseae菌种具有防治辣椒疫霉病害的应用潜力。
With pepper varieties “Jubilee 109” as test material, five strains of G. mosseae and G.intraradices, two strains of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, were used to study the prevention and control of Phytophthora capsici effect. The results showed that the majority of fungal species inoculated with AM fungi could inhibit the occurrence of Phytophthora capsici and the relative control effect against Phytophthora capsici was 37.0% -75.0%. The control effect of different strains or strains is also very different, G. mosseae strain control effect is stronger than G.intraradices strains, of which GM5 strain control effect reached 75.0%, G.intraradices strain only 1 The control effect of the strain GI7 reached 50.0%. The G. mosseae strain has the potential to be used for controlling Phytophthora capsici.
