目的研究灭蝇雷在活动测控部队不同环境条件下,针对不同蚊蝇的防治效果。方法使用灭蝇雷,更换不同药芯,计算使用前后蚊蝇密度下降率及密度指数。结果在不同环境中,中华按蚊、淡色库蚊、致倦库蚊、家蝇、丽蝇、舌蝇对高效氯氟氰菊酯、Es-生物丙烯菊酯药芯普遍敏感,灭蝇雷置放1~24 h蚊蝇密度下降率分别达到84.67%、92.21%,对蚊虫有5~6 d持效,对蝇有4~5 d持效;花蝇、杆蝇则对顺式氯氰菊酯药芯敏感,灭蝇雷置放1~24 h蚊蝇密度下降率分别达到80%、83.33%,对蚊虫有4~5 d持效,对蝇有3~4 d持效。结论针对不同环境,灭蝇雷可以有效地杀灭蚊蝇,减少环境污染。
Objective To study the control effect of fly-killing mines on different mosquitoes and flies under different environmental conditions of active measurement and control units. Methods Using fly-killing mines, different cores were replaced, and the density densities and density indices of mosquitoes were calculated before and after use. Results In different environments, Anopheles sinensis, Culex pipiens pallens, Culex pipiens pallens, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, house fly, blowfly and tilapia were generally sensitive to cyhalothrin and Es-bioallethrin core, After 1 ~ 24 h, the density of mosquitoes decreased 84.67% and 92.21%, respectively, and they stayed for 5 ~ 6 days for mosquitoes and were effective for 4 ~ 5 days for mosquitoes. In flies and flies, Sensitive, mosquitoes detoxification put 1 ~ 24 h after the density of mosquitoes were 80%, 83.33%, 4 ~ 5 d for mosquito persistence, the fly 3 to 4 d persistence. Conclusion According to different environments, fly-killing lightning can effectively kill mosquitoes and flies and reduce environmental pollution.
