目的:探讨常规超声联合超声弹性成像在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2013年8月至2016年8月在广州市番禺区中心医院住院治疗208例乳腺疾病患者,经病理证实均为乳腺肿瘤患者,所有患者均在本院进行过常规及弹性成像超声检查,评估乳腺肿瘤常规超声和超声弹性成像的特异性、准确性及敏感性。结果:常规超声诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性为75.0%(54/72),特异性为86.4%(152/176),准确性为83.1%(206/248);常规超声联合弹性成像诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性为80.6%(58/72),特异性为89.8%(158/178),准确性为90.3%(224/248),常规超声诊断与联合超声弹性成像两者诊断学上比较,在乳腺肿瘤良、恶性病灶的诊断中联合应用精确性明显优于常规超声诊断,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声弹性成像与普通超声对乳腺肿块的联合诊断可提高乳腺肿瘤诊断特异性、敏感性、准确性。
Objective: To investigate the value of conventional ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 208 hospitalized patients with breast disease in Panyu Central Hospital of Guangzhou City from August 2013 to August 2016 was confirmed by pathology. All patients underwent conventional and elastography Ultrasonography to assess the specificity, accuracy and sensitivity of conventional breast ultrasound and ultrasound elastography. Results: The sensitivity of routine ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 75.0% (54/72), the specificity was 86.4% (152/176) and the accuracy was 83.1% (206/248). Conventional ultrasonography combined with elastography in the diagnosis of malignant breast The sensitivity of tumor was 80.6% (58/72), the specificity was 89.8% (158/178) and the accuracy was 90.3% (224/248). The diagnostic results of conventional ultrasound and elastography combined with ultrasound, In the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors, the accuracy of combined application was significantly better than that of conventional ultrasound, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of ultrasound elastography and conventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast tumors can improve the diagnostic specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of breast tumors.
