1990~2008年湖南省南县对国家级血吸虫病疫情监测点新尚村开展了螺情及人畜病情监测。结果显示19年来,居民血吸虫感染率由8.52%下降至0.27%,家畜感染率由54.83%下降至3.33%,活螺密度由0.8200只/0.1 m2降至0.1581只/0.1 m2,感染螺密度由0.0500只/0.1 m2降至0。表明该监测点血吸虫病疫情呈逐年下降趋势,已达到疫情控制标准,但居民血检阳性率仍维持在较高水平,疫情形势依然严峻,需进一步加强防治力度,防止疫情回升。
From 1990 to 2008, Nanxian County, Hunan Province, carried out the surveillance of snail and human and animal diseases in Xin Shang Village, a national schistosomiasis surveillance spot. The results showed that in 19 years, the infection rate of residents decreased from 8.52% to 0.27%, the infection rate of domestic animals decreased from 54.83% to 3.33%, and the live density decreased from 0.8200 / 0.1 m2 to 0.1581 / 0.1 m2. Only /0.1 m2 dropped to 0. This indicates that the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis at this monitoring point has been declining year by year and has reached the control standard of epidemic situation. However, the positive rate of blood tests of residents remains at a relatively high level, and the epidemic situation is still grim. Prevention and control should be further strengthened to prevent the epidemic from rising.
