目的 探讨昆明山海棠治疗无菌性脓疱病的作用机理。方法 采用放射免疫法对 8例患者治疗前后血浆中血栓素B2 (TXB2 )和 6 -酮 -前列腺素F1a (6 -keto -PGF1a)含量进行测定。结果 治疗前血浆TXB2 和 6-keto -PGF1a明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗后两者含量下降与对照组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 昆明山海棠治疗无菌性脓疱病的机制部分是通过抑制白细胞的趋化及表皮细胞增殖来实现的。
Objective To explore the mechanism of the treatment of sterile impetigo in Kunming Mountain jellyfish. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to determine plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1a (6-keto-PGF1a) levels in 8 patients before and after treatment. Results Plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a were significantly higher than those in the control group before treatment (P < 0.01), and the content of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a after treatment was not significantly different from that in the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of the treatment of aseptic pustulosis by Kunming Mountain Begonia is partially achieved by inhibiting leukocyte chemotaxis and epidermal cell proliferation.
