目的 :探讨主动与被动模式下听觉事件相关电位 P30 0的反应特性及其临床应用的意义。方法 :选择正常青年人为测试对象 ,以让受试者对靶刺激进行计数 (主动模式 )和不计数 (被动模式 ) 2种方式记录 P30 0 ,分析在2种模式下各波潜伏期、幅值、波形和稳定性的特性。结果 :主动和被动模式可记录到相似的 P30 0 ,但主动模式各波的潜伏期短于被动模式 ,N1- P2的幅值略小于被动模式 ,而 N2 - P3的幅值则显著大于被动模式。结论 :主动和被动模式潜伏期和幅值的差异表明 P30 0的反应与听觉中枢的认知过程有关。 P30 0的被动模式测试可为不易合作的受试者提供一种测试方法
Objective: To investigate the response characteristics of P30 0 in auditory event and the significance of clinical application in active and passive modes. Methods: The normal young people were selected as the test subjects to record the target stimuli (active mode) and non-counting (passive mode) in two ways to record the P30 0, analyzed the latency, amplitude, Waveform and stability characteristics. Results: The active and passive modes recorded similar P30 0, but the latencies of active modes were shorter than those of passive modes. The amplitude of N1 - P2 was slightly less than that of passive mode, while the amplitude of N2 - P3 was significantly greater than that of passive mode. Conclusion: The differences between latency and amplitude of active and passive modes indicate that the reaction of P30 0 is related to the cognitive process of auditory center. Passive mode testing of the P30 0 provides a test method for subjects who are not easy to work with
