目的了解武汉地区市级及以上医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量状况,规范医疗机构消毒管理工作。方法采用现场查看和采样检测方法,对武汉市辖区内省市级医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量进行了监测与考评。结果在调查期间从不同医疗机构采集各类消毒与灭菌对象标本6 681份,总平均合格率为97.71%。2002-2011年,武汉市不同级别医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量合格率呈逐年上升趋势。各医疗机构无菌物品合格率始终保持在100%;以室内空气合格率最低,多数波动在80%左右。医院消毒组织管理和重点科室消毒管理还存在薄弱环节。结论武汉市辖区内市级及以上医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量总体较好,存在薄弱环节,特别需要加强室内空气、医务人员手和内镜等消毒管理工作。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions at or above municipal level in Wuhan and to standardize the disinfection and management of medical institutions. Methods The methods of on-site inspection and sampling were used to monitor and evaluate the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Wuhan. Results During the investigation, 6 681 specimens of various types of disinfection and sterilization were collected from different medical institutions, with a total average passing rate of 97.71%. From 2002 to 2011, the qualification rates of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions at different levels in Wuhan showed a year-by-year upward trend. The passing rate of all kinds of medical institutions sterile goods remained at 100%; the lowest passing rate of indoor air, the majority of fluctuations in about 80%. Hospital disinfection organization management and key departments disinfection management there are still weak links. Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization of municipal-level and above medical institutions in Wuhan is generally good, with weak links. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the disinfection management of indoor air, medical staff and endoscopy.
