A sensitive and reproducible HPV detection system (hybridization capture assay) was used to detect risk factors for HPV infection in 14 common forms of cervix in both pregnant and non-pregnant women. 739 cases of patients: obstetric examination over the age of 18, pregnant women ≤ 13 gestational weeks 245 cases; gynecological examination of 246 cases and check-ups in STD 248 cases of 18 to 45 years old were not diagnosed with non-pregnant women.
