After years of research and experiments, it is proved that hierarchical teaching is an effective method. To achieve success in stratification, teachers need to think not only from the students’ level but also from the teaching level. They must work together in a two-pronged manner, grasp both hands, and achieve the desired results. Of course, the purpose of education is to educate people. The primary consideration of teachers when using this model is the feelings of the students. They must not allow them to produce inferiority to others or a perfect sense of pride than others. Teachers must use them. Their noble personality charm infects, moves, and inspires students to consciously and voluntarily accept even their own demands for such points.
