目的 :探讨口腔念珠菌病、单纯疱疹性口炎与HIV患者免疫状况的关系。方法 :选取2013年1月~2015年12月血清HIV-1感染阳性者126例,其中合并口腔念珠菌病患者67例,合并单纯疱疹性口炎患者29例,无口腔念珠菌病/单纯疱疹性口炎患者30例,检测患者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞计数、IL-4、IL-17(A/F)、IFN-γ等。结果 :合并口腔念珠菌病HIV患者CD4+T细胞计数和IL-17(A/F)分别为76(199.00)mm3和19.08(14.15)pg/m L,低于其他患者,而病毒载量为160772(401525.00)VLcopies/m L,高于其他患者,差异比较有统计学意义;合并单纯疱疹性口炎HIV患者与无口腔念珠菌病/单纯疱疹性口炎HIV患者外周血相关检测因子比较差异无统计学意义;Logistic回归模型显示HIV患者口腔念珠菌病发生与IL-17(A/F)有关,IL-17(A/F)为罹患口腔念珠菌的保护因素。结论 :合并口腔念珠菌病HIV患者CD4+T细胞计数和IL-17(A/F)水平低,病毒载量高,其中IL(A/F)发挥重要作用;合并单纯疱疹性口炎HIV患者暂未查见有意义指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between oral candidiasis and herpes simplex stomatitis and the immune status of HIV patients.
